You need to have Static IP (Fixed IP), If you don't have Static IP, You can use services like DDNS, from https://www.noip.com/ or https://ngrok.com/ or any other services which support DDNS After you got a fixed IP, check your Tally is responding or notwith it. Default http port of Tally is 9000. You can change Tally port as you wanted. Open url after you get fixed IP or DDNS service, http://mytally.ddns.net:9000 , then you will get Response from tally as TallyPrime Server is Running Then only you will be able use this portal to post Vouchers or View Reports in Tally

To select a Company, all your wanted Companies must be opened in your Tally, after Logged in, go to Settings --> Tally Settings then you can see al your Companies opened in your Tally. Select wanted Company and save, after saving, seleced Company name will show in top Navagation bar

You should open your Tally and companies. We do not store any Data in our Portal.

We do not store your Data, so Tally shall be opened and all wanted Companies must be Opened.

You can select wanted "Voucher type Name" for every Entry. It will fetch from Tally directly. We can add other Voucher types as you wanted !

If you have any other TDL in your Tally, You can use them normally.

Yes You can set Permissions in your Tally Portal

Login to Tally Solutions then you can add Request and Response Permission form this Portal only, So no other users not able to Access your Tally.
